Simply brilliant service. After the glass in our woodburner was broken we needed it repaired as soon as possible due to it being seriously cold. I called the company and asked if they could help. As I live 40 minutes from the store I said I would take the door to them, if they could help. They told me to drive over and within half an hour of arriving, my door was fully repaired and I was heading home. I'm writing this with my feet heating up by my nice new door glass. Great staff, great service and great price. Can't fault them in any way. Thanks

Knowledgeable, professional, good customer service. Quickly queried poor measurement and identified correct 11 year old stove. Glass arrived very well packaged within 24 hours with stove rope and took 20 mins to install. Highly recommended.

Can’t recommend this company enough. Customer service is second to none.Glass arrived promptly however it had been damaged in transit. Phoned them and they asked for photo of glass. Sent email 1.15 pm Wednesday New glass arrived first thing Thursday morning. The world may be falling apart around us due to covid 19 but at least you can get glass for your wood burner.Thank you fast glass.

First Class Service.I did not know the model of my fire glass so I emailed a picture to Fast Glass over the weekend. On Monday Fast Glass told me the make and model and that they had the glass in stock at a good price. My order went in on Monday just before 12 and the glass was delivered in sturdy packaging before 9AM the very next day. Superb!

Never again. Bought a piece of glass for my Broseley Serrano 7 and it broke within 5 hours of using it. It was fitted extremely carefully with only finger tight screws. Measured it up after it broke and it was 3.9mm thick instead of 5mm. The rope seal supplied was very poor. Bought another piece locally, 5mm thick, similar price, proper rope seal and it's been perfect. Its also now screwed up tighter than the Fastglass one was. Offered 50% off the price of a new piece from Fastglass but won't be taking them up on it, should be refunded. I won't be shopping here again.

My stove glass broke on wednesday evening at the start of a cold snap. I found Fast Glass online and ordered a replacement from them that evening (after office hours) and it arrived during the day on friday all the way from Scotland to Surrey! Impressed?
